Cytocast is dedicated to becoming a successful and renowned contract research organization in the field of bioinformatics, relying on its unique cell simulation technology.

Cytocast is focused on the design, development, maintenance and continual improvement of its simulation platform to ensure that it remains in the forefront of technological innovation and produces results of increasing validity, endorsed by the most prominent actors of pharmaceutical development and medical research.

Besides in-silico drug research, provided as a contract research organization, Cytocast is also devoted to enable its cell simulation technology to support personalized treatment selection, in the long run.

In order to achieve the above objectives, the management of Cytocast is

• aware of the value of the knowledge and expertise of its staff, therefore, makes efforts to attain and retain talents, to improve their competence and to maintain their motivation;
• engaged in cooperation with key players in drug research, who are target customers of itsresearch activities and partners in further developments of its simulation platform;
• committed to provide resources to the development of its cell simulation technology that is considered as the key to success;
• dedicated to operating a quality management system, designed and implemented to comply with the ISO 9001:2015 standard and to provide a framework for a planned, systematic operation.

The Quality Policy is regularly reviewed by management in order to ensure alignment with the company vision and to provide a framework for setting operational goals. It is the cornerstone for the development of products, services, and the underlying processes as part of the continual improvement of operational capabilities.
